Step 1 – Discovery Call
Call us or submit your info in one of the secure forms on our site. We will either answer your call right away, or call you back ASAP to have a 5-10 minute discovery conversation. Step 2 – Review Your Options
In the second step, we schedule a visit to your house. One of our home helpers will meet you at your house and they will check the condition. If it needs any repairs we will take care of that after we buy the home from you, as we require no repairs in order to sell your home. We will take into account your goals and your property and come up with two or three solutions. If you decide that the options we have available are worthy, then you choose the best offer suited for your individual needs.
Step 3 – Choose Your Solution
If you wish to accept our offer, we will send you a simple agreement that outlines your offer and all the important items we covered. This agreement can be signed electronically or in person and you can also have an attorney review it for you, if you wish (We always recommend it, but it’s not necessary).
