We will take into account your goals and your property and come up with two or three solutions. If you decide that the options we have available are worthy, then you choose the best offer suited for your individual needs.
Step 3 – Choose Your Solution
If you wish to accept our offer, we will send you a simple agreement that outlines your offer and all the important items we covered. This agreement can be signed electronically or in person and you can also have an attorney review it for you, if you wish (We always recommend it, but it’s not necessary).
